Sâmbătă seara clujenii au sărbătorit ziua de naştere a Majestăţii Sale Margareta, Custodele Coroanei României. Evenimentul a fost organizat de Clubul Monarhiştilor Clujeni şi Alianţa Naţională pentru Restaurarea Monarhiei (Cluj), fiind găzduit de Centrul de Cultura Urbană.
Corala Regală Transilvană, condusă de către domnul Dan Dumitrana, i-a cântat Majestăţii Sale, “La Mulţi Ani!”, interpretând, probabil în premieră, Imnul Regal al României într-o formă adaptată: “Trăiască Regina”. Spectacolul muzical a mai cuprins şi un moment special oferit de tânărul violonist Isaac Kauni.
Evenimentul a cuprins şi o foarte atractivă competiţie de dezbateri având ca temă forma de guvernământ din România. Elevi, bine pregătiţi şi iniţiaţi în tainele oratoriei, de la liceele clujene “Emil Racoviţă”, “Avram Iancu” şi “Gheorghe Şincai” au desfăşurat interesante argumentaţii în favoarea monarhiei constituţionale parlamentare, respectiv a republicii.
Cu aceeaşi ocazie au prezentat comunicări despre biografia Majestăţii Sale Margareta, Sidonia Grama (cercetător), Marius Pop (preşedintele Clubului Monarhiştilor Bistriţeni) şi Cornel Jurju (Clubul Monarhiştilor Clujeni).
La finalul serii, numerosul public prezent a servit o felie de tort şi a închinat un pahar de vin în cinstea şi sănătatea Majestăţii Sale Margareta.
